Are the prices on the site the real, final prices?
Yes — for the scope stated on each package. Nothing is a 'starting from' teaser to get you on a call.
Why is pricing published when most studios at this level hide it?
Because self-qualifying on price is what our customers told research they actually want, and hiding a number rarely means a better one.
Do you ever do custom quotes?
Yes — for scope that genuinely doesn't fit a fixed package. That's what 'Start a project' is for; it's the exception, not the default.
Timeline
How long does a typical project take?
3–9 weeks for a full site (by tier), 8 working days for a landing-page sprint, 4–12 weeks for a store, by tier — see each service's 'How it runs' section for specifics.
What slows a project down the most?
Late or partial feedback and missing content — Discovery is designed to catch both before the clock starts on Build.
Can you go faster than the stated timeline?
Landing Page Sprint is already the fast SKU; for other services, ask in Discovery — sometimes yes, usually with a defined trade-off.
Ownership
Do I own the code and the domain?
Yes, fully, on delivery. No lock-in, no license fee to keep your own site running.
Can I move to another developer or agency later?
Yes — the code is yours, built on an open stack (Astro, standard web technologies), not a proprietary platform that traps you.
What if I stop a Care Plan — does the site stop working?
No — the site keeps running. You'd be managing updates and backups yourself, or with whoever you choose next.
Technical
What do you build with?
Astro, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Preact only where real interactivity is needed — see /process/ for the full toolchain.
Where is the site hosted, and do I need to manage that?
You choose and own your hosting; we advise on a suitable provider and handle deployment as part of Launch.
Do you handle domain and DNS?
We configure DNS as part of Launch; you keep ownership of the domain registration itself.
After launch
What happens right after the site goes live?
A short handover walkthrough, and a 30-day window where launch-related fixes (not new scope) are covered at no extra charge.
Do I need a Care Plan?
Not required — but an unmaintained site degrades quietly (security, speed, broken plugins). It's there if you'd rather not manage that yourself.
What if something breaks months later?
Without a Care Plan, that's a new, separately scoped fix. With one, it's covered by your plan's reply-time commitment.
