Refund & Cancellation Policy

(Website Design & Build, Landing Page Sprint, UX/UI Design, E-commerce Store Build, Local Foundations, Performance Audit). Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your confirmed project start date (the date agreed at the end of Discovery) is free. Cancelling within 24 hours of that confirmed start date may incur a fee of 50% of the package price, to cover the Discovery work and calendar slot already committed. Where work has already begun beyond Discovery with your agreement, we refund the value of stages not yet delivered, less the 50% fee above where applicable.

(Website Care Plans, SEO Momentum, SEO Growth). You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing date. We don't refund the billing period already underway at the time you give notice, since that period's work is already committed and, typically, already delivered or in progress.

If you're a private consumer, see Article 7 of our Terms of Sale for the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and the specific conditions under which it applies, or is lost once digital performance has begun at your request, for our services. Professional buyers are covered by clauses 1–2 above instead, except where the “non-professional” criteria of Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code apply.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed. Since this build's checkout currently runs in demonstration mode (no live payment provider is connected yet), no live charge or refund is processed by the site itself; this policy states the terms that will apply once payment processing goes live, and is enforced manually by us in the meantime for any bespoke work booked via “Start a project.”
