Does my site need to be built by 2stepdesigns to go on a Care Plan?
No — we onboard existing sites (ours or migrated) after a short technical review to confirm the platform is supported.
What counts as "included edit time"?
Small content and layout changes — text swaps, image replacements, adding a page section. Larger changes are scoped as a small fixed-price add-on.
What happens if something breaks outside the reply-time window?
The stated reply time is the maximum during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–16:00) — most requests are answered faster.
Can I cancel any time?
